As a Sales Associate at Zeller Motors, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, guiding them through the car-purchasing process with professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers as they arrive on the lot, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting them throughout their car-buying journey.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our current inventory and demonstrate features and options on all vehicles to help customers find the perfect fit for their needs.

Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from answering basic questions about financing to following up with buyers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage referral business.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our management team to increase sales by ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly and assisting with daily vehicle inspections.
